How to Enter the Virtual Photography Show
Read through the Photography classes which are listed on the next page and decide which class you would like to enter. If you have questions about which class your photo would be best suited, ask a member of the Virtual Photography Show committee or email Erica at eggranchalek@gmail.com and your questions will be referred to the right person.
Registering & Entering the show
Download the Registration form, save it to your desktop, complete the form and return it to gcevirtualphotoshow@gmail.com
Shortly after receiving your registration , an email confirmation will be sent. Registrations are accepted on a first come-first serve basis with a limit of six entries for each class.
The photograph can be sent at a later date, no later than September 1. When sending your photo it must include your name, class number and class name.
Guidelines
Photos must be between 1-5 mega bites. Make sure you have edited your photo to its final stage, as once submitted, no additional changes are allowed.
To determine how large your photograph will be before submitting.
Traditional Camera : check your manual.
iPhone : prepare to send it, and when “Actual Size” is shown, it will also indicate the number of mega bites.
Android: Highlight a photo; prepare to share it; an icon on the lower left of your screen with 3 small circles and 2 lines will appear (pointing to the left;) click that icon and there will be options for sharing the photo; click gmail and the photo will appear with the size listed below.
